Don't forget the "buyer's inconvenience incentive" that we are offering this winter while we are in the Bahamas.  If you come see her AND buy her, we will reduce the price by the cost of coach airfare for one person and one night's moderately-priced lodging.  So if you are serious, you have no excuse not to move quickly.
